RV rope light accents

If you're like me you've walked into some of the new RVs with rope lighting seemingly everywhere, behind the window boxes, in the ceiling on the stairs, under the cabinets and, well it's overwhelming. Some of these coach interiors look like a Las Vegas casino or worse.

Rope lighting isn't all bad and can be used tastefully and for useful purpose. Here it's applied under the sink of the bathroom counter top. Instead of waking up your wife by turning on the main light, you can use this more subtle lighting to accomplish your mission. This idea comes from Bryan Enarson's coach which had already been modified when he purchased it. It looks like the former owner drilled a hole into the side of the cabinet, inserted the rope light and connected it to a switch. The adhesive holding the rope in place looks like double sided tape, but I can't be sure.If you have other ideas about how to tastfully use rope lighting, please let us know in the "comments" section below. Bringing you yet another "glowing" report - Jim Twamley, Professor of RVing

Wow such negative waves you are sending out. You will find come next Wednesday 11/5 the economy wont be so bad. At least that is what the press will be telling you. Because of the election there is a lot more negative news out there than what would be out there on a none election year. You need to start reading John Mauldin so you can understand better what is going on in the economy. As for all the cheap used motorhomes out there it just means more people can afford to go RVing.
