RVers love this product because it doesn’t matter if you are using your water pump or the street connection you will notice a dramatic pressure increase. You control the flow of water with the “comfort control valve” simply turning it to adjust the spray level. 
Boondockers love it because you get more spray with less water dribbling down the drain. I looked at one of these several years ago. At that time there was no cut of switch at the shower head. You would have to turn off the water at the faucet. I can not tell if this newer model has added that needed switch.
I never have liked my shower in my Allegro Bay so about a year ago I read about this showerhead. I had tried about everything else so I thought why not try it. I got one and I must say, this is the best I have ever seen. Much stronger water pressure and when we are using onboard water, you will notice you will use much less water. Trust me! This is great!!
I received one as a trial. I found it to be heavy and bulky. It was no better than a unit costing half the price.

Bought one at Camping World, I love it, wife doesn't, it won't shut off completely.
This is a product that does what it says!
I purchased one and found that it was too heavy for the plactic holder so I purchased the holder for the shower head. That holder didn't fit the shower head so I ended up throwing all of it in the corner and put the original head back.
I purchased one for our shower and liked it so much I bought one for our outside shower too. The outside one does a wonderful job washing the dogs to ensure a thorough rinse.
These heads are so awesome...I've installed them in my rv and in my mobile shower trailers.
This head is good especially for low pressure source like shower trailers.
I purchased mine via eBay, beating the listed prices over at Camping World and Amazon, even with S/H charges added (and no sales tax).
Overall, I'm impressed with what the product does. It provides a very invigorating spray while conserving hot water usage.
I prefer and recommend to others getting the model in the original plain white, since the chrome and brushed copper versions are just painted cladding that will eventually wear off.
