If you have a travel trailer or 5th wheel you know about rock-n-roll, and I’m not referring to music. When you step onto your RV steps do they sink a little causing the the whole rig to move?
You can brace the steps but that won’t solve the problem especially in long rigs. You’ll still get movement whenever you walk around inside. You could purchase those dandy braces that look like an erector set when you’re done and they do help. Or, you could install two additional scissor jacks in front of the tires.
This gives you a total of six stability points (seven if you have a 5er kingpin stabilizer). I got this idea from Jim Cowen who installed these on his Luxury by Design 5er.

Did this years ago and it really works. Another thing which helps stablize one's trailer is to take heavy straps and cris-cross them on front and real jacks. This works especially well with fifth wheel front jacks.
Something else that you can add that will help. Those between the wheel blocks that keep the wheels from moving back and forth. With the sissor type jacks this is a big stabilizer.
I made some from some 4X4 blocks and cheap breakover or "Boomers"

I have two slides on the left side of my 5th wheel. I place screw jacks on the left frame by the front and rear spring shakles before extending the slides. This, working in conjuction with the rear stabalizer jacks does a remarkable job of stabalizing the trailer.
